Export Your Team List

How to get your team list into Nodo from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or any spreadsheet.

Google Workspace

Export a user list from the Google Admin Console.

Go to admin.google.com and navigate to Directory → Users.

Click the "Download users" icon in the top-right corner of the user list.

Select "All users" and "Currently selected org unit" (or choose specific units).

Choose CSV format and click Download.

Open the downloaded file, select all the data, and paste it into Nodo. Nodo will automatically detect the right columns.

Microsoft 365

Export a user list from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Go to admin.microsoft.com and navigate to Users → Active users.

Click "Export" in the top bar.

Download the CSV file when it's ready.

Open the file, select all the data, and paste it into Nodo. Nodo will automatically detect the right columns.

What columns does Nodo need?

Just paste your export — Nodo auto-detects the right columns.

NameRequired. Recognized as “Name”, “Display Name”, or “First Name” + “Last Name”.
EmailRequired. Recognized as “Email”, “Email Address”, “Username”, “User Name”, “mail”, or “userPrincipalName”.
TitleOptional. Recognized as “Title”, “Job Title”, “Employee Title”, or “jobTitle”.
Manager EmailOptional — used to build your org chart automatically.
